We enforce an 6-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, please do so more than 6 hours before the class. Cancelling within the 6-hour window before class will result in a $5 charge to your card on file.
If you late cancel, you will lose the class from your pack. If you do not show up for class (without managing your spot), you will lose the class automatically.
If you cancel your spot within the 6-hour window before class, this will be classified as a late cancel. Late cancel fees will be processed within 24 hours of the late cancel.

WHY?
This is in fairness to fellow members who would like to sign up for class. This is in fairness to us as a business, as we rely on filling each spot to pay our bills.
We always work with members to ensure everyone understands our policies. Exceptions are made for illness, injury, and inclement weather.
Failing to attend class or cancel within the 6-hour window will result in a no-show charge of $10.
We are a small team. We do not respond to emails over the weekend unless urgent. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response; however, we make an effort to respond in a timely manner whenever possible. All membership or account-related questions must be communicated via email. We do not respond to such inquiries over social media.
We want everyone to have a chance at attending class! Our waitlist management system is set up to auto-enroll members based on the order in which they joined.
Members will receive an email notification when they’ve successfully been added to class from the waitlist.
Additionally, members will be able to see where they are in line, and how many others are on the waitlist.
The system will stop auto-enrolling 60 minutes before class begins.
Should you no longer wish to attend class, please take yourself off the waitlist to avoid being added and then having to late cancel.
We certainly understand that life happens, and sometimes you arrive late. But as a business, we must be mindful of how latecomers impact the class experience for both members and instructors.
If you are new to our space, please arrive at least 10 minutes before class.
Latecomers will not be permitted to join class after the 5 minute warmup has concluded. Due to the layout and orientation of the space, it is disruptive and distracting to set up equipment while class is in session.

It’s easiest to manage your classes through our app. On the app homepage, you’ll see all your upcoming classes. To cancel, hit ‘view’ and then ‘Cancel Reservation’. Alternatively, sign in through ‘My Account’ at the top of our website. Once signed in, navigate to the ‘bookings’ tab to view all past and upcoming reservations
To cancel your membership, you need to email your studio directly. Cancellation within your contract may result in a fee. If you cancel your membership and wish to resume later, you will have to sign up again at the current rates. This applies to our founder memberships—after canceling, that rate will no longer be available.
All recurring annual memberships can be frozen twice per year, for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of one month. A $20+tax charge per freeze will apply. All class packs (except for the Intro Offer) have a three-month expiry and cannot be frozen. We strive to accommodate our members where possible. Please email us if you have any questions or require special accommodation. Please respect this policy, as managing frozen memberships is time-consuming for us.
Memberships and class packs activate on the date of your first visit. This must occur within 90 days of purchase. If you need to adjust your activation date, please send us an email.
Yes, we offer 2 weeks of unlimited classes for $69 or 1 month of unlimited $99. You can choose one of these offers.
We understand that life happens. Please try to arrive 10 minutes before class to get situated. Latecomers will not be permitted after the cutoff.
Clients have the ability to book two weeks out. VIP Members have the ability to book four weeks out.
