“I wanted to create a workout that challenges your body, protects your joints, and reminds you that movement should feel good.”
Growing up as a competitive gymnast, Erika spent years pushing her body to its limits — until multiple injuries and surgeries forced her to stop the sport she loved.
As an adult, she struggled to find a workout that was intense but gentle, something that built strength without pain. Running hurt her knees. Weightlifting strained her back. Traditional gyms felt repetitive.
Then she discovered bungee fitness, a workout gaining momentum in Europe that combined strength, cardio, and flight. Instantly, she was hooked — and knew she had to bring it home.
Now, as owner and Master Trainer of Fly High Bungee Fitness, Erika has built a space where anyone can experience the freedom of movement, no matter their age, size, or background.
“I opened Fly High so people like me — who love to move but want to protect their bodies — could rediscover what fitness can feel like. I can’t wait to fly with you, or help you open a studio of your own.”
